PaperPlane helps you find the right software tool. This policy explains what we collect and why. We collect as little as we can and never sell your data.

This is a plain-language starting template — have it reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on it in production.

What we collect

• Your queries. The needs you describe and the answers you pick, so we can generate a recommendation and improve the product.
• Account data. If you sign in, your email and the recommendations, saved items, and reviews tied to your account.
• Usage telemetry.Tool views and outbound clicks, aggregated to understand what's useful. Reviews you submit are tied to your account until moderated.
• Essential cookies.For authentication, your language, and your light/dark theme. We don't use advertising cookies.

Who processes it

We use trusted processors to run the service: Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), and AI providers (OpenAI and Google) to generate recommendations and translations. Your query text is sent to those AI providers solely to produce your result. We don't share your data with advertisers.

Affiliate & sponsored links

Some outbound links are affiliate links, and some listings are clearly labelled sponsored. Neither influences the AI's pick — see how we make money. Clicking an outbound link may share standard request data with that destination.

Your choices

You can use PaperPlane without an account. If you have one, you can delete it at any time from your account page — that removes your saved items and reviews and anonymizes the rest. To ask a question about your data, contact us at gestao@arvennue.com.
